On  Jan. 31, PCMA is hosting a free virtual extension of several sessions from Convening Leaders, held Jan. 8-11 in San Diego. You can link to register for the virtual extension here. And go here for information about the rebroadcast of the co-located Virtual Edge Summit.

On this last day of Convening Leaders, the learning experiences just kept on coming.  This morning’s offerings included a Masters Series on the “Race for Relevance” and unique concurrent sessions, including one on thinking with your hands (it was powered by LEGO Serious Play …my son would be so proud!).
This morning, attendees also enjoyed a plenary session with TED creator Richard Saul Wurman.  Through a number of humorous examples, Wurman tried to encourage us to always be looking at things from different perspectives.  By the way, his …

Another great day here at Convening Leaders!   There were so many education sessions to choose from ranging from “Bringing Education to the Tradeshow Floor” to “Creating an Active, Thriving Online Community.”  Several sessions were at capacity or overflow, including one led by convention center chefs on how to create menus that will make your meetings more effective.
The Learning Lounge continued to buzz.   In fact, a few people I talked to said they half-considered staying in the Learning Lounge all day!  They were really enjoying moving from bite-sized …
